CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

During this delicious and friendly workshop, participants learn how to make a rich and authentic dark chocolate mousse using Caraïbe 66% chocolate, prepared “grandmother-style.” Guided by the expert advice of our pastry chef instructors, they discover the essential techniques for achieving a mousse that is light, smooth, and intensely chocolatey. An accessible and comforting workshop, perfect for learning the basics of a great pastry classic while enjoying a shared moment around chocolate.

Each participant leaves with their creation, ready to be enjoyed!

GOURMET CHOCOLATE BARS

During this fun and creative “Chocolate Bar” workshop, children discover the secrets of chocolate by making their own personalized chocolate bar. Guided step by step, they learn the basics of chocolate tempering an essential technique for achieving a shiny, crisp result before moving on to molding their bar.

Then it’s time to get creative: each participant decorates their bar with a selection of delicious toppings such as pistachio pieces, dried fruits, candied orange cubes, and other sweet treats. A fun and accessible experience to learn the chocolatier’s skills while enjoying themselves!

Each participant leaves with their personalized chocolate bar, ready to be enjoyed… or given as a gift!
